I am one of your devoted readers on fanfiction.net (although while i had your story on story alert until it was completed, i didn't really review much...sorry bout that.) i must say you are a brilliant author and you are super smart too!! I love your story completely and it is definitely top 5 out of all i have read since first joining fanfiction 5 years ago!!! I love the way you totally capture both harry's and snape's personalities, which most 'severitus' type stories dont do.

This was a wonderful story!!! I was so glad to come by it. I can't wait for the sequil. Your story was so cute, including all the (cheesy scenes) I wouldn't think about changing anything. You did fantastic for your first HP fanfic. I have been reading your story for the last few days and I am ready for more please. : ) I hope that you had a great spring break. I don't know when your's is, but I just had one and I was able to get some much needed rest. On to the next story!!!!

Hey, I really enjoyed your story and found the abused child situation quite accurate. As for Harry and even Prof. Snape being abused--I think it is quite a possibility--even if isn't in the books, per se. I mean they can't show every little thing, right? So, I do believe possibly it could be considered semi-canon. It is the little things--Doesn't Petunia swing a big skillet towards his head and doesn't Vernon grab his forceably? I, myself was abused and I (like you) grew up without a father as well, so I could find myself identifying with both scenarios. From time to time when I was frightened I would refer to my mother as "Mama" instead of the usual Mom. By the way, I go by the same name on P&S. I look forward to the sequel with anticipation. :)
